Stubbs Engineering was asked by the City of Las Cruces to provide a recommendation on how to repair the concrete which held down anchor bolts at the well head pedestal at Well 71. The concrete had begun to crack and deteriorate making the anchor bolts no longer secure on the well. Stubbs Engineering provided their recommendations for the repairs after the investigation was complete. Since the repairs to the well to Well Head 71 were a success, Stubbs Engineering was asked to design a standard detail that would be used on future water wells that would be used for the Utilities Department.
