 Project

Trinity Basin Preparatory School

Stubbs Engineering was elected for this project because of our design-build-delivery approach. The project demanded a tight schedule, as the constructed consisted of a 14,00 square foot addition to the existing school that needed to be completed before the start of the new school year. This gave three months to design and implement the solution. Flexibility was practiced during this time, as the owners decided to turn the one story addition into plans for a two story complex. Stubbs readjusted the plans, and with flexibility and precision, managed to meet the requested deadlines of the school district. By using the Design Build Method approach, Stubbs was able to speed up construction time while meeting safety, aesthetics, and economic standards within the short time schedule.
