Stubbs Engineering provided the structural engineering for the construction of The Lofts at Alameda which is a 38-unit, modern apartment complex. The project was a three-story wood framed building on a concrete foundation. Our scope of services included but were not limited to structural engineering and construction documents for the following; the foundation, floor framing, roof framing, exterior and interior load bearing walls, and lateral system.
