Stubbs Engineering provided structural design services for a new three-story, 30,840 sq. ft. medical office building. This facility includes 68 exam rooms, 11 nurses' stations, X-Ray and Bone Density Labs, a Pharmacy, and an On-site Laboratory. The third floor features a comprehensive administrative office and three lease spaces for doctors' offices. Initially designed with a steel frame, the building was redesigned using wood to align with the client's budget requirements.
