We conducted a comprehensive field investigation to deliver precise As-Built drawings for the Regency Point Apartments, assessing their capacity to support a new solar panel system they were going to install. In addition to the investigation, we performed a structural analysis to verify the structure could accommodate a 28.78 kW flush mount solar system. This analysis evaluated the current structures, assessed new loads, and detailed the connections required to securely affix the solar panels to the roof, ensuring the building's structural integrity and safety.
