New Mexico State University - Rentfrow Hall

We delivered structural engineering services for the transformation of Rentfrow Hall at NMSU, focusing on enhancing its dance and kinesiology facilities. The project involved both additions and renovations, divided into three separate bid lots. Our designs included a movable partition in the old gym and the strategic relocation of mechanical units to the new rooftop. These structural updates not only meet current codes and standards but also significantly benefit the Department of Kinesiology and Dance. The revamped hall, featuring new dance studios, a performance space, and state-of-the-art kinesiology labs, ensures a vibrant future for both programs. With modern facilities that include advanced sound and lighting systems and expanded restrooms, students now have ample rehearsal space and improved resources.
