We designed a two-story, stand-alone medical office building specifically to address modern healthcare needs. Covering approximately 22,200 sq. ft., this facility provides generous space for a variety of medical practices and office functions. The exterior is constructed with sturdy, load-bearing concrete tilt-wall panels poured on site. Inside, composite beams form the floor, offering a sturdy foundation to support the building's operations. The roof was designed steel bar joists and a metal deck.
