Stubbs Engineering provided structural design services for a standalone children's wellness center, bringing together pediatricians from both Rio Grande and Mountain View hospitals. The project features a 21,000 sq. ft., two-story medical office building with an urgent care facility, pharmacy, office spaces, and examination rooms. Curtain walls with integrated canopies were used to achieve the desired aesthetic. The building is designed as a flexible shell space, allowing it to adapt to future tenant needs.
