We provided structural designs for the installation of new solar panels atop the city hall parking garage. This included the creation of two steel frames, each measuring approximately 30 feet by 110 feet, supported by five wide flange columns for a stable and secure structure. The entire assembly is anchored to the existing concrete of the garage, providing a solid foundation. The structure is retrofitted to endure the additional loads from the newly installed solar system, ensuring that it can handle increased stress and weight while maintaining safety and functionality.
