This project consisted of a 4,470 square foot medical clinic in Capitan, NM. The soils in the area were very expansive so the foundation had to be supported on a post- tension mat foundation to prevent issues in the foundation in the future. The building was was framed with light gauge steel, along with light gauge trusses.
