Stubbs Engineering provided structural design services for a new free-standing children's wellness center. The center combines pediatricians from the Rio Grande and Mountain View hospital in one location. The project consisted of a 21,000 sq. ft. two-story medical office building that houses an urgent care facility, pharmacy, office spaces, and examination rooms. To achieve the desired look of the building, curtain walls were designed with integral canopies. The structure was designed as versatile shell space to accommodate future tenants as space grows.
