Stubbs Engineering performed a field investigation to provide As-Built drawings. We also provided a structural analysis of the existing structure of the Regency Point Apartments to accommodate a 28.78 kW flush mount Solar System. We provided an analysis of the existing structures based on the new loads and connection details for attaching the solar panels to the roof.
