This project consisted of a 31,475 sq. ft. single story wood framed office building with a steel framed entry structure. Additionally we designed a 100ft x 50ft light gage steel framed storage building with an eave height of 18ft and a clear height of 16ft. It was framed with load bearing steel stud walls and double pitch bar joists.
