This project houses the reporting, editing, circulation, and advertising for the Sun-News Newspaper Office. This is 7518 sq. ft., 2-story, wood-framed building. The second floor features cantilevered balcony that overlook the lobby. There is also a rooftop patio and garden. The design tied the original steel framed sign into the new wood-framed building.
